Pump is a balloon-inflating multiplier game. Every pump blows the balloon up a little further and pushes your multiplier higher; one pump too many and it pops. Cash out at any point to keep the multiplier you have built.
Behind the balloon is a simple, fully published model: twenty-five positions, some of which are pops, revealed one pump at a time. The difficulty sets how many pops are hidden, from one on Easy to ten on Expert, and the next multiplier — plus the chance that the next pump pops — is on screen before you press.
Because the pops are drawn without replacement, the danger rises with every pump you survive: the remaining positions shrink while the pops stay put. That is why the multiplier accelerates the longer you hold on.
After any number of pumps the multiplier is 98% of the fair payout for surviving that many — the total ways to place the pops divided by the ways that leave every pump so far safe. The 2.00% edge is applied once rather than per pump, so the return to player is the same whether you stop after one pump or ride it to the end.
Expert can reach 3,203,384.80x after fifteen pumps. A per-bet maximum payout also applies, so a single win is paid up to that ceiling even when the multiplier climbs higher — the exact figure is shown in-game on the bet form.
Each pump is resolved from the seed pair, the nonce and that pump's position in the round. Pumping quickly or slowly, or stopping and resuming, changes nothing about where the pops are.
The rising pop chance is shown for every pump, which makes Pump one of the most transparent risk ladders in the lobby. Decide your cash-out point before the first pump and stick to it; an open round stays live for 24 hours if you step away, then settles at the multiplier already earned.
No betting system changes the house edge. Set a budget before you start, keep individual stakes small against your balance, and stop if it stops being entertainment.
