Terms of Service

bessbet.com (the "Website") is operated under the Bess Bet brand. In these Terms, "Bess Bet", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Website.

The Website offers casino games from third-party studios, Bess Bet Originals, Lootboxes, a sportsbook, Pick'em contests, prediction markets, and crypto and stock price contracts, together with rewards, VIP and affiliate programmes (together, the "Services").

You can reach us through Live Support on the Website.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and us. They apply from the moment you open an Account or use any part of the Services. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Website.

The Privacy Policy, the rules shown in each game or product, and the terms of any promotion you take part in also form part of this agreement. If any of them conflicts with these Terms, these Terms take priority unless the other document expressly says otherwise.

We may change these Terms. When a change is material we will tell you before it applies, for example by a notice when you log in. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the changed Terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Services and withdraw your balance.

These Terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and it differs from the English text, the English text applies.

Nothing on the Website is an invitation or encouragement to gamble, and nothing we publish is financial, legal or tax advice.

You may only use the Services if all of the following are true:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you are, whichever is higher;

The same restrictions apply to residents of other places while they are physically in a Restricted Territory. Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to hide where you are, or giving us false information about your location or residence, is a serious breach of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to know whether using the Services is legal for you. We do not give advice on this and the availability of the Website in a place does not mean it is lawful to use it there.

Our employees, contractors and their immediate household members may not hold an Account for real-money play.

To play you must register an account (an "Account"). You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. We may refuse a registration, or a username we consider offensive or misleading, without giving a reason.

You may hold one Account only. If we find that you hold or control more than one, we may close all of them, cancel bonuses and winnings obtained through the extra Accounts, and return or withhold balances as set out in these Terms.

If someone you live with, or someone who shares your device, network or payment method, also has an Account, tell us. Linked Accounts that were not disclosed to us may be treated as multiple Accounts.

Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell it, lend it, transfer it, or let anyone else play on it, and you may not play on anyone else’s Account.

Keep your login details, your email account and your wallet keys secret, and use the security features we offer. We treat everything done through your Account as done by you. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your Account unless the access resulted from our own failure.

If you think your Account has been accessed without your permission, change your password and contact Live Support on the Website straight away.

We do not offer credit. You can only play with funds already in your Account.

We may ask you at any time to prove your identity, age, address or location, and to show where your funds or wealth come from. We may use third-party providers and public or blockchain records to carry out these checks.

Typical requests include a government-issued photo ID, a selfie, proof of address, and evidence of the source of funds such as wallet history, bank statements or payslips. Everything you send us must be genuine, current and your own.

Until a check is completed to our satisfaction we may limit deposits, play and withdrawals. We will always carry out a check before a withdrawal where the law or our risk rules require one.

If you do not complete a check within a reasonable time, or we cannot verify you, we may close your Account. Unless the law prevents it, we will return your verified deposits to their source, less anything we are entitled to deduct, and winnings may be cancelled.

If we learn that you are under age, we will close your Account immediately, cancel any winnings and return the deposits you made, less any amounts already withdrawn.

We may share your information with regulators, law enforcement, payment and compliance providers where the law requires or permits it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your Account is funded in digital assets. The assets and networks we support, and any minimum amount, are shown in the Cashier. We may add or remove an asset or network at any time.

Only deposit from a wallet or exchange account that belongs to you, using funds that are lawfully yours. Deposits from third parties, and funds connected to crime, sanctions evasion, mixers or other anonymising services, are prohibited.

Send each deposit to the address shown in the Cashier for that asset and network. A deposit sent in an unsupported asset, on the wrong network or to an old or incorrect address may be lost for good. We are not obliged to recover it; if we agree to try, we may charge our reasonable costs.

A deposit is credited once the network has confirmed it. We are not responsible for network delays, congestion or fees.

Balances shown in US dollars or any other display currency are for convenience. The value of digital assets can change quickly and we are not responsible for any change in value before, during or after a deposit, a bet or a withdrawal.

Deposit only to play. Your Account is not a wallet, an exchange or a way to move money. If we reasonably believe funds were deposited without a genuine intention to play, we may return them to their source, close the Account and report the activity.

We may refuse or return any deposit. Do not deposit while your Account is suspended or closed; funds sent in that case may be held until our review is finished.

We do not pay interest on balances.

You can ask to withdraw your available balance at any time from the Cashier. We may hold a withdrawal until:

• any identity or source-of-funds check we have asked for is complete;
• we are satisfied that the receiving wallet is yours;
• you have wagered the value of your deposits at least once; and
• the wagering conditions of any active bonus have been met.

The once-through wagering condition exists to prevent money laundering. It does not apply where the law requires us to return a deposit.

Withdrawals are sent in the asset held in your balance, to the address and network you give us. Check both carefully: a withdrawal sent to a wrong address or an unsupported network cannot be reversed and we are not obliged to recover it.

Any minimum withdrawal amount and any fee we charge are shown in the Cashier before you confirm. Network fees are set by the network, not by us.

Most withdrawals are processed quickly, but we do not guarantee a processing time. Larger or unusual withdrawals may need a manual review.

We may delay or decline a withdrawal while we investigate a suspected breach of these Terms or of the law. We cannot always tell you the reason for an investigation.

We will never use a responsible-gambling measure as a reason to refuse a legitimate withdrawal.

In these Terms a "bet" means any stake you place on the Services, including a casino spin or hand, a sportsbook bet, a Pick’em entry, a prediction market position and a price contract.

A bet is accepted only when our systems confirm it and record it in your history. We may decline all or part of any bet, and we may set or change minimum and maximum stakes and payouts for any product or player.

You are responsible for checking a bet before you confirm it. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by you, except through a feature such as Cash Out where we offer it.

The stake is taken from your balance when the bet is accepted, and winnings are paid in the same asset as the stake.

Each game and product has its own rules, shown in the game or on its page. By placing a bet you accept those rules.

If there is a dispute about a bet, our transaction records are the deciding evidence unless you can show they are wrong.

If a game round is interrupted by a lost connection or a fault, it will be completed or settled according to the state our servers or the game provider recorded. Unfinished rounds that cannot be completed may be cancelled and the stake returned.

Casino games on the Website are supplied by third-party studios and run on their systems. Their game rules and paytables apply, some games are not available in every country, and a studio may withdraw a game at any time.

Bess Bet Originals are built by us. Their outcomes are produced by a provably fair method: each result is generated from a server seed that we commit to before you play, a client seed that you control, and a counter. You can check any Original result yourself with the verification tools in the game.

Provably fair means the result was not altered after you placed your bet. It does not change the house edge, which is stated in each game’s rules.

A Lootbox is a game of chance. The items in a box and the chance of each one are shown before you open it. Unless we expressly say otherwise, an item you win is credited as its stated value to your balance and is not a physical product that will be shipped to you.

Promotions and optional features are governed by the terms shown with the offer. Only features available on Bess Bet apply to your play.

We may change the return to player or house edge of a game, or remove a game, at any time. The figure shown in the game’s rules at the time you play is the one that applies.

Sportsbook bets are settled on the official result declared by the competition’s governing body at the end of the event. Later changes, such as appeals or disqualifications, do not alter settlement.

Unless a market says otherwise, it covers regular time only, including stoppage time, and not extra time, overtime or penalty shoot-outs.

If an event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed and is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start, bets on markets that were not already decided are void and stakes are returned. Markets whose outcome was fully decided before the interruption stand.

A void selection in a multiple is removed and the remaining selections stand at recalculated odds. In a Same Game Multi, one void selection voids that whole Same Game Multi.

Where two or more selections tie for a position and no price was offered for the tie, dead-heat rules apply: the stake is divided by the number of tied selections and settled at the full odds.

Player markets require the named player to take part in the event. If the player does not take part, bets on that player are void.

Odds can change at any time until your bet is accepted. Your bet slip settings decide whether a bet is placed automatically when the odds move; by default a change must be confirmed by you.

Cash Out, where shown, lets you settle a bet early for the amount displayed. It is not guaranteed to be available, a short delay applies, and a request can fail if the market moves or is suspended. Once a Cash Out is confirmed, the final result no longer affects the bet.

Pick’em entries are settled on the official statistics for each player from the league or its data provider. The multipliers and the treatment of ties, void picks and players who do not play are set out in the Pick’em rules shown when you build an entry.

Scores, statistics, streams and trackers shown on the Website come from third parties and are for information only. They can be delayed or wrong, and you rely on them at your own risk.

Boosts, teasers and other bet features carry their own conditions, shown where the feature is offered.

A prediction market lets you take a position on whether a stated event will happen. Each market has a question, a closing time and a resolution source, shown on the market’s page.

Prices move with the market and are fixed for your position at the moment it is accepted. A parlay combines several positions and wins only if every position wins.

A market is resolved according to its stated resolution source. If the source does not give a clear answer, the event is cancelled or its terms change materially, or the market was listed in error, we may void the market and return stakes.

Where we offer to close a position early, the amount offered reflects the current price less a fee, and is shown before you confirm. Early close is not guaranteed to be available.

Prediction markets are betting products. A position is not a security, a derivative or an investment, and gives you no rights other than the payout described on the market.

Crypto Futures and Stock Perps are price contracts settled entirely within your Account. You are placing a bet on the movement of a reference price. You do not buy, own or have any right to the underlying coin, token, share or commodity, and nothing is traded on any exchange for you.

Reference prices come from third-party sources. They can differ from prices elsewhere, can be delayed, and can be unavailable. Where a price source is delayed or unreliable we may make the affected market view-only, pause it, or settle open contracts at the last reliable price.

Using a multiplier increases both gains and losses. A contract is closed automatically when its losses reach the stake you put up, and you can lose that entire stake very quickly. You cannot lose more than the stake and any fees.

Fees, funding charges and the price at which a contract opens and closes are shown before you confirm.

If a contract is opened or closed at a price that was clearly wrong, we may correct or cancel it.

These products are high risk. Do not use them unless you understand how they work.

We may offer bonuses, free bets, rakeback, challenges, races, points, Points Store items and VIP benefits (together, "Rewards"). Each has its own conditions, shown with the offer. If those conditions conflict with these Terms, the offer’s conditions apply to that Reward.

Rewards are discretionary. We decide who is eligible, and we may change, pause or end any Reward or programme, or adjust a VIP level, at any time. A change does not affect a Reward you have already validly earned and claimed.

A bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until its wagering conditions are met. Your cash balance is always used before a bonus balance. Some games contribute less, or nothing, towards wagering; the list is shown with the offer.

Unless the offer says otherwise, a Reward is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method, and it expires if it is not claimed within the period shown or within 60 days, whichever is shorter.

We may cancel a Reward and any winnings that came from it if we reasonably believe you have abused it. Abuse includes:

• using more than one Account, or acting together with other players;
• betting both sides of an outcome, or other low-risk patterns designed only to release a bonus;
• using a bonus balance in a way the offer does not allow; and
• exploiting an error in how a Reward was set up or credited.

Clutch Points and VIP status have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Points Store items and VIP experiences are subject to availability, and we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Where the Website describes a token airdrop, the description is information about our plans and is not a promise. Eligibility, amounts and timing are set out in the airdrop’s own terms, and nothing on the Website is an offer of an investment.

You must not:

• collude with other players, or place bets as part of a group or syndicate;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers or any software that plays for you, analyses the Services automatically or gives you an unfair advantage;
• exploit a bug, a pricing error, a delay in our data feeds or any unintended behaviour of a game;
• bet on an event if you take part in it, officiate it, can influence it, or hold information about it that is not public;
• take part in or benefit from match fixing or any manipulation of an event or a market;
• place bets for another person, or use the Services for any commercial or professional purpose;
• use the Website to launder money, finance crime or evade sanctions;
• attack, probe, overload, copy or reverse engineer the Website, or get around any security or location control; or
• abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players, in chat or anywhere else.

If you become aware of a fault, an error or suspicious activity on the Website, report it to us and do not take advantage of it.

We monitor play to detect fraud, collusion and breaches of these Terms. This can include checking device details, location, network signals and blockchain records.

Mistakes happen. An "Error" includes a clearly wrong price, line, stake limit or payout; a bet accepted after the outcome was already known or after a market should have closed; a wrong score or clock; a game that malfunctions; and any amount credited to you by mistake.

Where an Error occurs we may void the affected bets and return the stakes, or settle them at the correct terms, whether or not the bets have already been settled.

Money credited to you because of an Error remains ours. We may take it back from your balance. If you have already withdrawn it, you owe it to us and must repay it when we ask.

We will not use this section to cancel a genuine win simply because of its size.

You can close your Account at any time by contacting Live Support on the Website. Withdraw your balance first. Open bets will stand and be settled in the normal way.

We may suspend or close your Account, and limit deposits, play or withdrawals, if we reasonably believe that:

• you have breached these Terms, a game’s rules or an offer’s conditions;
• you are not eligible to use the Services;
• you have given us false or incomplete information, or have not completed a check we asked for;
• your Account is being used by someone else, or for fraud, collusion or another unlawful purpose;
• you may be at risk of gambling harm; or
• the law, a regulator, a court or one of our providers requires it.

Where a breach is serious, including fraud, collusion, multiple Accounts, exploiting Errors, using third-party funds or playing from a Restricted Territory, we may also void bets, cancel bonuses and the winnings linked to the breach, recover our reasonable costs from your balance, and report the matter to the authorities.

When we close an Account for a reason that does not involve a serious breach, we will pay you your remaining cash balance once any checks are complete.

We will tell you when we take action against your Account unless the law, or the need to protect an investigation, prevents us.

We may set off anything you owe us against any balance we hold for you.

If your Account has not been used for 24 months we will email you at your registered address. If it is still unused three months later we may close it and deal with any balance as the law requires.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to earn money or to solve financial problems. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.

If you want a break, a limit on your play, or to stop altogether, contact Live Support on the Website and we will restrict or close your Account. A restriction you ask for cannot be lifted early.

While you are excluded you must not try to open a new Account. We take reasonable steps to stop this, but we are not responsible if you get around the exclusion by giving false details, and bets placed in breach of an exclusion may be voided.

If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential help is available from independent organisations such as Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org) and Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org).

Minors must never use the Website. If you share a device with anyone under 18, use parental controls and never leave your Account logged in.

You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your winnings or on your digital assets under the laws that apply to you. We do not give tax advice and do not report or withhold tax for you unless the law requires us to.

The Website, the Bess Bet name and logo, Bess Bet Originals, and all software, text, graphics, video and sound on the Website belong to us or our licensors. Third-party games and their artwork belong to their studios.

We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Website to play. You may not copy, republish, sell, frame or build on any part of it, or use our name or branding, without our written permission.

If you post content in chat or send us feedback, you allow us to use it free of charge for running and improving the Services. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else.

We provide the Services with reasonable care, but we do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults, or that information shown on it will always be accurate or up to date.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any game, market, feature or product at any time. Features marked as new, beta or preview may be less stable and may be changed or removed without notice.

Third-party games, data feeds, widgets, wallets, networks and links are outside our control. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and wallet. We are not liable for problems they cause, including bets that fail to reach us.

You use the Services at your own risk. Losing bets is a normal part of gambling and we are not liable for gambling losses.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of a blockchain, a network, a data or game provider, or a power or internet supply.

Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the greater of the amount of the bet the claim relates to and the cash balance in your Account when the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to compensate us for losses, costs and claims that we suffer because you breached these Terms or the law.

If you are unhappy with something, contact Live Support on the Website and tell us what happened, your username, and the bet or transaction involved.

Please raise a complaint within six months of the event. We will acknowledge it promptly, review it fairly using our records, and aim to give you a full answer within 14 days. Complex cases can take longer and we will tell you if so.

If you disagree with our answer, you may ask for it to be reviewed by a manager who was not involved in the original decision. That review is our final position.

These Terms, and any dispute connected with them or with the Services, are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Website is established, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction.

This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Any claim must be brought by you individually and not as part of a class or group action.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.

If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone. We may transfer ours to another company in our group or to a company that takes over the Services, provided your rights are not reduced.

These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, trust or fiduciary relationship between you and us, and nobody else has rights under them.

We may contact you by email at your registered address, by a message in your Account or by a notice on the Website. Keep your email address up to date.

These Terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services and replace any earlier version.
